Access Lighting has hired Don L. Smith as its National Sales Manager-Western Region. In addition, in recognition of his contributions to Access Lighting’s success, Justin Kennedy has been promoted to National Sales Manager-Eastern Region.
Smith and Kennedy will manage Access Lighting’s residential and commercial bricks-and-mortar sales efforts throughout the United States and Canada. The duo will also be key members of the company’s marketing and product development teams.
Smith comes to Access with a lifetime of experience in the industry including product design, operations and management for his lighting manufacturing company, Traditions Design Group, working as an independent sales representative for RMC & Assoc. and the last 15 years as a National Sales Manager at The Minka Group. Kennedy joined Access Lighting in 2013, bringing his extensive experience from Progressive Lighting/Savoy House and Alico Lighting.
