Classic Home announced this week the hiring of Michael Snow as Director of Operations, Furniture Division.
Snow will manage the customer service department and oversee production schedules and product purchasing. He will report directly to Chief Operations Officer Marci Jones.
“We have been diversifying our product selection and expanding our sourcing for some time and needed someone to oversee and organize our growth,” said Jones. “Michael’s background in both purchasing and managing the customer experience makes him the ideal choice.”
Snow has 25 years of experience at Dovetail, where he worked in sales, operations and product design. His breadth of knowledge, great reputation and customer focus make him a strong addition to Classic Home.
