Fine Lines and Jenny Hammons Co. are entering their final phase of business integration, with plans to be fully merged by June 1. The company will be known as Fine Lines, a west coast agency representing 80 lines in the home decor and gift industry.

The merger began in June 2015 with a strategic partnership between the two companies to share business development strategies, best practices and line acquisitions. The second phase of the merger integrated operations.

“The last 24 months have paved the way for a creation of one dynamic organization that covers the entire west coast. It’s a really exciting time for Fine Lines and our customers,” says CEO Matthew Katzenson. “We are grateful to Jenny Hammons for her stewardship during the transition period and wish her well in her retirement.”

Fine Lines is headquartered in Los Angeles and has represented gift, fashion and home decor industry leaders in the region for 28 years. The company has two showrooms at the Los Angeles Mart, a showroom in Las Vegas at the World Market Center and a showroom at the Seattle Mart.

Fine Lines will be at the Los Angeles Mart from July 20-14, the Las Vegas Market from July 30-August 3 and the Seattle Mart from August 16-21. For more information on the agency, visit www.finelinescompany.com
