James Fleming, President of Camelot Consulting Group, a decorative lighting, plumbing, home accents, home furnishings and luxury retail goods industry consultancy, will be presenting three mini EVOLVE Retailing Excellence strategy session workshops following the 2018 American Lighting Assn. (ALA) Conference in Asheville, NC, on Thursday, September 27th, 2018.

Workshop sessions will be complimentary to registered attendees of the ALA conference and will take place at the Fairfield Inn, Asheville Airport, 31 Airport Park Road, Fletcher, NC, 28732.

While EVOLVE YOUR BUSINESS workshops are normally all-day events running from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Fleming is making mini sessions available from 8-10 a.m., 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. Breakfast/lunch will be served.

EVOLVE Retailing Excellence workshops are designed to support retailers with meeting marketplace challenges with the ongoing growth of online retailers and will deliver specific action steps and strategies retailers can adopt, implement and manage to improve business performance and financial results with: revenues, margins, inventory turns, marketing, merchandising, staff recruiting and profits.

EVOLVE YOUR BUSINESS all-day interactive roundtable workshops are facilitated by Fleming as well, who has a broad background of 30 years experience working with retailers and vendor suppliers of home improvement and home furnishing products. Workshops generally require investment of $495 for single attendee and $199 for additional same business attendees. Vendor sponsors can provide free passes.

The EVOLVE workshops will deliver tangible, actionable, market-proven retailing best practices to support retailers in reversing eroding sales, margins and profits as a result of many factors now present.

The EVOLVE Retailing Excellence program is targeted for cities throughout North America in 2018/2019.
