Kalco Lighting, which has been a lighting industry leader for almost 40 years, will debut new interior and exterior lighting collections at the Dallas International Lighting Market taking place Jan. 8-14, 2020. Each product showcases Kalco’s wide array of styles ranging from the still-popular Mid-Century Modern to more contemporary designs utilizing LED technology. The new collections are sophisticated, versatile and are well-suited for home, retail, office or hospitality spaces.

“Our new lighting collections promise the same high-caliber design and quality that Kalco is known for, while adding fresh and exciting new designs to our extensive catalog,” said Wayne Falk, Vice President. “Our new product offerings feature both indoor and outdoor lighting. We are thrilled to be introducing these new collections at the Dallas Market and look forward to collaborating with our partner showrooms, helping them source the perfect lighting for their projects.”

Additionally, Kalco’s new collections utilize an array of unique materials such as alabaster, linen, white marble, vintage bulbs, anti-glare honeycomb louver, Fresnel glass, LED bulbs and more. The designers at Kalco combine the use of rare and multi-textural materials with exceptional craftsmanship producing products ideal for high-end design projects.

Below is preview of Kalco’s new indoor and outdoor lighting collections debuting this January at the Dallas International Lighting Market:

The Ascher is a traditional hurricane collection that has been updated for sophisticated 21st-century interiors. Double ring details in the winter brass frame hold the frosted glass hurricanes. This collection, which is comprised of three chandeliers and two sconces, harmoniously follows the Kalco Lighting tradition of function and beauty.

Inspired by classic Mid-Century Modern designs, the Everett Collection’s glass globe diffusers marry well with its delicate polished nickel frame. Each globe sits gently upon an elegant metal ring, which highlights its soft, ethereal light. While the sconce is stationary, the island and foyer fixtures feature a swivel joint body which allows for custom adjustment of the arm position.

From left to right, Ponti, Candelero and Library.

In the Ponti Collection, Mid-Century Modern design shines. The two-tone matte black/new brass finish refreshes this antique-inspired silhouette, while clear glass highlights the charm of the candelabra bulbs. Ponti comes in sconce, vanity, flush mount and chandelier options, ready to brighten up a living room or bathroom.

The Library Collection which features a sconce and a chandelier, evokes the stately air of a rich, sophisticated atmosphere. Wearing a rich library brass finish, each piece in the Library Collection features a cross-hatch glass shade with a diffuser inside, allowing the light from the G9 LED lamps to warmly illuminate a room.

Kalco Lighting’s Everett, Aria and Ascher show various glass techniques.

An impressive contemporary solution for lighting exteriors, the Aria outdoor sconce showcases a minimalist light box encased in mitered clear glass. This simplistic surround will prevent snow or debris from blocking the upper LED light source—utility clad in luxury. Aria is available in a matte black finish and both small and large sizes.

The minimalist form of the Candelero outdoor sconce, available in small and large sizes, features an on-trend combination of matte black finish with white accents for a contemporary look in sophisticated exteriors. The sconce’s look with a metal shade and designer style brings the sophistication of an interior light outside. Dual LED light sources on the sconce can light up steps or address numbers.
