Lighting Sales of Memphis welcomes Amanda (Mandy) C. Brewer as its new Customer Service Rep and Office Administrator. Her newly created role will focus on fielding customer requests for quotes, RGA’s and literature. She’ll also be responsible for circulating manufacturer promotions and bookkeeping.
Brewer brings several years of sales experience in the home improvement industry to the position. She has worked as a lighting specialist for a regional hardware company in central Arkansas and most recently worked as a customer service rep for A2Z Blinds of Beebe, AR. She studied business management from University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
“I am pleased to return to the lighting industry after a few years away, rekindling my love for customer contact and the challenges of creating an exceptional customer experience in working with and for our lighting lines,” Brewer said.
