Nora Lighting Hosts National Sales Training for New Reps

The three-day event featured product training sessions and social events.

More than 30 new sales representatives at Nora Lighting participated in a National Sales Training Meeting at the company headquarters in Commerce, CA last week.

Nora Lighting President and CEO Fred Farzan and Executive Vice President Jilla Farzan hosted the three-day event that featured workshops and social events.

“This was an outstanding opportunity to personally meet with our newest sales team members,” Fred Farzan said.

Workshops included updates on residential and commercial products from both Nora Lighting and NSpec, the architectural and commercial division of the company. Training sessions were presented by Nora staff members Chris Johnston, Alex Brahm, Neda Farzan and EJ Phillips. The sessions focused on educated new sales team members on the science of LED lighting. Social events included a taco truck lunch and a Persian-style dinner hosted by the Farzans.

“This event marked a turning point at Nora,” Neda Farzan said. “It was the last meeting to be held in Nora’s old showroom, which was deconstructed shortly after the meeting and is reopening as the new Nora accounting department.”

A new Nora Design Center currently under construction will be the site of future sales meetings and presentations.
