At the second annual NYCxDesign Awards presented by Interior Design Magazine and the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFFF) last weekend, designers were honored for their outstanding products and projects. The awards ceremony at the Roy and Niuta Titus Theater at the Museum of Modern Art recognized firms and manufacturers in fields including architecture, interiors, furnishings, lighting and technology.
The NYCxDesign Awards are the official awards of NYCxDesign, a citywide celebration of design that takes place in New York each May. More than 700 entries were submitted this year, almost double the number from last year.
