Spotlite America Corp. has entered a brand licensing agreement with Eastman Kodak Corp. to offer Spotlite’s entire line globally under the brand name of Kodak LED lighting.
Spotlite-USA will continue to distribute bulbs with its current sales network of lighting showrooms, electrical distributors and online resellers.
Currently, the company is preparing to transform its entire marketing campaign including catalogs, binders, color boxes and advertising to reflect the Kodak name.
