It was 20 years ago when Acclaim Lighting, a Georgia-based company that supplies decorative lighting fixtures, shipped its first customer orders from its original warehouse, which was located in Augusta.
In the early days, Acclaim was a purveyor of outdoor lighting but over time the company has evolved into a full line of decorative fixtures that include outdoor, indoor and portable lighting. The company's acquisition of TREND Lighting provided Acclaim the opportunity to move into the modern and contemporary space as well.
