Susan has been involved in the home furnishings industry for over two decades.  She joined Furniture, Lighting & Decor in 2018 as Publisher.  Prior to her position here, she was Director of Home & Gift at the Dallas Market Center, Associate Publisher of Furniture Today and Associate Research Analyst at Davenport & Company.  She resides in Chapel Hill, NC with her husband, Adam, and two girls, Lilly and Ainslie.

Diane Falvey

Diane joined Furniture, Lighting & Decor in February 2019, bringing her passion for home furnishings, design and independent retail to the brand. Prior to this role, Diane was Editor-in-Chief at Dallas Market Center. Before that, she was Editor-in-Chief of Gifts and Decorative Accessories and Executive Editor at Gourmet Insider/Homeworld Business. She lives in Greensboro, NC, with her husband, and frequently spends time in New York with her children.

Gianna Annunzio

Managing Editor

Gianna Annunzio joined Furniture, Lighting & Decor as Managing Editor in October 2021. Previously, Annunzio was an Associate Editor for Scranton-Gillette sister publication Construction Equipment where she focused on building the brand's digital presence alongside writing and editing monthly pieces for the print magazine. Gianna resides in Chicago.

Robin Martinez has an extensive background as a publishing and marketing executive, with expertise in the home furnishings industry. She comes to Furniture, Lighting & Decor from Progressive Business Media/BridgeTower Media, where she oversaw many aspects of print, digital and event advertising as well as marketing and operations, and drove company growth as a Publisher, Group Publisher and General Manager.
