Las Vegas Market

From new product introductions to educational events and networking opportunities, the summer editions of the Atlanta Market (July 12-18) and Las Vegas Market (July 24-28) offer attendees endless ways to find inspiration and stay connected. Read on for some must-see programming to check out at each of the premiere summer markets.

Expanding Resources

From furniture to lighting, attendees at both summer markets will find expanding resources across categories. At the Las Vegas Market, the bedding vertical continues to grow in Buildings A and B. Decor resources will expand with new brand arrivals and expansions to existing vendors showing more accent furniture, lighting, rugs and wall decor.

At the Atlanta Market, 11 new expanded and relocated showrooms will refresh Building 1. New to this market include Aidan Gray, AA importing, Spura Home, Aleph Home, Dea Luxury Linens and Henry Handwork Company. Expanding and relocating showrooms include Gabby, Ngala Trading, Ella Home, Downtown Company and Devgiri Exports.

“New commitments to the market and major expansions from top brands across categories as well as enhanced designer services further strengthen the collection as a destination for top retailers and designers,” said Scott Eckman, International Market Centers (IMC) executive vice president, chief revenue officer.

Attendees will also be excited to see expansions to the temporary exhibits at each market. At Las Vegas Market, The Gift and Home Temporaries, located in the Expo at World Market Center will offer its largest presentation to date, with hundreds of brands from around the world showcasing new products in the Design, Gift, Immediate Delivery (Cash & Carry) Handmade, Home and Luxe categories. Atlanta Market will expand sourcing in its 1,000+ temporary exhibits, with two new categories to add to the robust lineup of home décor, lifestyle and gift neighborhoods.

Returning Favorites

The fun of market is finding new brands, events and connections while appreciating returning favorites. At the summer Las Vegas Market, the Expo Seminar Room returns with a full roster of education, events and celebrations. The returning First Look program—featuring a seminar held at the Expo Seminar Room—will include thought leader presentations, a market kickoff celebration, the return of floor parties, and photo-ops.

Visitors will also be able to discover new lighting resources by joining the Lighting the Way with Linda Allen - Lighting Highlights Tour set for July 25 at noon in the Building A lobby at Las Vegas Market. On this tour, the luxury interior designer will lead attendees through select showrooms and offer her expertise on lighting applications from hospitality to retail. RSVP here.

At the Atlanta Market, the Designer Workspace, a gathering place, work area and resource library, reopens with a new look in Building 1, Floor 15. After closing last summer to accommodate market relocations, the workspace will celebrate its new spot with a grand reopening event on Thursday, July 14 from 4-6 p.m.

“With its relocation and redesign, the Designer Workspace has been optimized to best serve the design community that is coming back to AmericasMart for year-round sourcing and markets,” said designer services manager Caroline Russell.

After a successful launch this past winter, JuniperMarket will continue its presence at each of the summer markets. The B2B wholesale marketplace powered by IMC will have product displays, photo ops, giveaways and opportunities to learn more about the marketplace available at both Las Vegas Market and the Atlanta Market. At the Las Vegas Market, buyers can check out the JuniperMarket Preview Pod in the courtyard for a visual overview of the platform, and sellers can visit the Juniper showroom at C174 to sign up and start selling. At the Atlanta Market, suppliers can visit the JuniperCommerce showroom in Building 1, Floor 9.
