Cozzia USA is proud to announce the promotion of Crystal Bruns to Regional Sales & Marketing Director – East Coast and Madison Bruns to Regional Sales & Marketing Director – West Coast for Cozzia USA. Both are brand new positions for Cozzia and will report to John Cribbs, Cozzia’s Executive Vice President, who is responsible for directing and leading sales efforts for all Cozzia USA brands.
Crystal has been with Cozzia for 5 years, most recently holding the position of Director National Accounts and Madison for 7 years, most recently holding the position of National Account Director & Media Specialist. In their current roles Crystal handles e-commerce, events and marketing and Madison handles specialty retailers, such as Relax the Back, and is responsible for media, social and digital driven projects. Both will continue in their current roles as they take on the responsibility of managing independent sales representatives responsible for furniture direct channels.
Their new roles will allow for overall improved communication and dissemination of information to representatives on the front line interacting with current and potential customers. This change will better support the flow of information coming from the field back to management; which will lead to better decision making, product development, customer support and have an overall positive impact on the company. Cozzia’s ultimate goal is always to better support customers and this new structure will ensure that happens.
