Crestview's French Country collection is one of its newest collections.

If you haven’t been in the Crestview Collection showroom here at Las Vegas Market (A-353) as of yet, it’s a stop you’ll definitely want to make! Much has changed since January market, not the least of which is a completely redesigned showroom, much to the credit of Creative Director and industry veteran, Jenny Neal, who is heavily involved in product design and has revamped the showroom to best represent the unique detail and value the company offers its customers.

“Crestview furniture, lighting and accessories are all ours from sketches to dispatch,” says David Lee, Director of Business Development. That capability allows the company to pay attention to every detail to set the product apart, no small feat for a company that touts approximately 4,000 SKUs. Features such as curved footings and doors on storage pieces, proprietary colors, and power outlets in furniture to facilitate charging electronics, are just a few of the design elements that make Crestview’s assortment design-centric as well as functional. “We want unique, different products we can design ourselves so we can stay current with fashion trends, but still something our customers want,” says James Franks, VP of Product Development. “Our pieces have to be attractive but also serve a purpose.”

The rounded doors on this Crestview sideboard are one of the details that make its products unique.

This market, Crestview has applied that level of detail to its fully redesigned showroom, which now showcases a curated collection of Crestview’s varied design aesthetics. A backdrop of simple black and white — white walls, black or white ceilings and black floors — have opened up the space to allow the accent furniture, accessories, lighting and wall art the company is known for take center stage. “This is a more modern, simplistic theme,” says Lee. “It’s designed to open up the space, make it more breathable and really make the products pop.”

Unveiling an Exciting New Showroom

Crestview Modern Contemporary
The Crestview Las Vegas Market redesign showcases its wide variety of design aesthetics.

Under Neal’s direction, the Las Vegas showroom now showcases a more refined assortment of product through themed vignettes—from its new French Country collection to modern farmhouse to coastal and modern contemporary. The vignettes flow naturally throughout the space and make it easy for customers to navigate. “This is the best the Vegas showroom has ever looked,” continues Lee. “We’re presenting our best product and best new accessories.” If pre-market and early morning market reception to the new showroom is any indication, the changes are “spot on” for Crestview’s retail customers and the interior design constituent it’s courting.

While Crestview continues to focus on a variety of styles throughout its assortment to showcase the breadth of the aesthetic its customers are looking for, the merchandising changes also make it easier for those visiting the showroom to coordinate their purchases, with everything from accent furniture to lamps and artwork together in a cohesive setting.

“This new showroom direction achieves a balance, allowing us to make a design statement,” says Franks. He added that today’s consumer is no longer looking for “matchy” furnishings but still need pieces to work together. The revamped showroom allows customers to easily curate selections that will appeal to this direction in home design, showcasing pieces that work well together but are not exact.

More Crestview Initiatives

The redesigned Crestview Las Vegas Market showroom is the latest in a series of evolutions for the 40-year-old family-owned company. It has expanded the breadth of its assortment with more and more accent furniture, focused on quality and design while maintaining its good value proposition, is broadening its selection for the interior design community and is in the process of enhancing its backroom operations with a new data engine that provides analytics so Crestview can better service its customers with real-time information, as well as inform its business decisions.

One thing that hasn’t changed in the new Crestview Collection Las Vegas Market showroom is the chance for customers to win big in Vegas. Customers writing orders that hit a certain minimum are invited to come spin the wheel for cash prizes, and can win up to $500. What else would we expect in Vegas!
