Elk Home CEO Todd Webb announced Thursday the promotion of Lauren Heamon, Kerry Rader and Sophie Sallinger.
Lauren Heamon, formerly the National Sales Manager, has been promoted to Vice President of Sales. Heamon, who joined Elk Home in 2020, has used her sales experience to successfully transform the company’s sales rep force to serve its home décor channel, and consistently leads her team with energy and enthusiasm. In Heamon’s new expanded role, she will continue to oversee and drive sales for the home décor channel.
Kerry Rader has been promoted to national showroom manager. Rader joined Elk Home in 2014 as the Atlanta showroom manager. During this time, she coordinated across all departments to manage multiple markets per year, as well as daily sales appointments and special events. In Rader’s new role, she will manage all Elk Home permanent showrooms, which includes more than 65,000 square feet of display space between Dallas, TX, High Point, NC and Las Vegas, NV.
Sophie Sallinger is now the Vice President of Sales for National Accounts. Sallinger joined Elk Home in 2021 as a National Account Manager. She is trusted and well-respected by customers and colleagues, and has a proven track record of successful key account partnerships. In Sallinger’s new role, she will continue expanding the key account portfolio at Elk Home.
“We are so pleased to recognize and promote three talented and experienced individuals,” said Elk Home CEO Todd Webb. “Each represents the positive changes and forward momentum of Elk Home.”
Elk Home will debut hundreds of new products across lighting, furniture and decor at High Point Market in October. The Elk Home showroom is located at IFHC in Suite C402.
