The High Point Market Authority (HPMA) today announced that it has partnered again with Esteem Media to develop a Design Bloggers Tour for the 2019 spring market, April 6-10, and is now accepting submissions from bloggers and social media influencers interested in being considered for the tour.

The High Point Market Design Bloggers Tour will bring a group of 10 leading design bloggers to High Point Market for two full days of tours in sponsoring showrooms. Participating bloggers will visit each sponsor for an up-close look at the exhibitors’ company, showroom and products during a 45-minute presentation and tour. The tour will kick off on Sunday, April 7, and conclude on Monday, April 8.

Esteem Media, founded by Adam Japko, produces the highly successful Design Influencers Conference, formerly the Design Bloggers Conference, each year. “This program continues to grow from every perspective. From the reach of participating bloggers to the quality of the content produced to the immersive experience provided by sponsors during the tours, it’s something I’m proud to be a part of,” commented Japko. “This unique project is a natural extension of our Design Influencers Conference project, designed to promote quality online design content and community building. It’s a thrilling program which benefits all involved, with both participating bloggers and exhibitors receiving great exposure.”

“The Design Blogger's Tour was an amazing experience for me. I have been going to High Point Market for 10 years and this experience was not only about all the fantastic pieces for my clients but also the camaraderie with the people on the tour,” commented fall 2018 tour participant Sara Chiarilli, founder of the Artful Conceptions blog. “I learned not only about new companies, trends and styles but also how others are practicing design around the country. I made amazing connections for my business, personal growth and friendships. I would do the tour every market if I could, as I feel it has helped to raise the bar at my company!”

Submissions are now being accepted from design bloggers and social media influencers interested in being considered. The form will be available at www.highpointmarket.org/event/design-blogger-tour until Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019.

The selected team of bloggers will be announced live at the upcoming Design Influencers Conference, scheduled for Feb. 24-26, 2019.
