As retailers enter the summer 2021 market season with a renewed focus on diversifying their product mix – whether via new strategy or necessity – IMC is preparing them to effectively source in its next Market Insights Webinar “Cross-Merchandising for the Win” presented on June 16.

"Finding new vendors and verticals is at the top of mind for retailers, driven by a variety of factors including supply chain challenges, changes in consumer behaviors and an unprecedented opportunity to reimagine their businesses,” said Dorothy Belshaw, IMC executive vice president, chief marketing, and customer officer. "IMC's June Market Insights webinar prepares retailers as they make plans to tap the complementary gift and home décor collections at IMC's Summer Markets in Atlanta and Las Vegas to explore new cross-category opportunities.”

"Cross-Merchandising for the Win" explores how retailers can become the go-to, one-stop shop for their customers and grow their bottom line with expanded sales potential. Presented in partnership with the International Society of Furniture Designers (ISFD), the panel discussion features Caroline Hipple, founding partner of HB2 and president of Norwalk Furniture; Stephanie Lena, furniture designer and owner of Lena Design; and Carrie Gillispie Cox, director of creative design at Klaussner Furniture. Dawn Brinson, vice president of strategic marketing for The Media Matters, is the panel moderator.

The one-hour webinar is Wednesday, June 16, at 10 am PDT/1 pm EDT, and will be followed by a question-and-answer segment. Free registration is available online at this link. Attendees will earn 1.0 CEU credit.
