International Market Centers’ (IMC) September 2021 Market Insights webinar – “Merging Digital & In-Person Markets” on Wednesday, September 15 – teaches retailers to incorporate digital sourcing tools into their sales strategy in a masterclass led by Mary Moore of The Cook’s Warehouse and Juniper by IMC.

“The pandemic has accelerated the use of digital sourcing tools, and now that retailers are comfortable using them, it’s time to take a deep dive into maximizing them to grow business,” said Dorothy Belshaw, IMC executive vice president, chief customer and marketing officer. “Mary is the ultimate teacher for this session as both a very successful retailer and a leader in the development of our soon-to-launch JuniperMarket.”

“Successful sourcing pairs the latest introductions with available, in-stock product and is best achieved through a hybrid of onsite and online activities,” added Moore. “Combining physical markets with digital tools keeps customers coming back for more throughout the year.”

In 2020, Moore joined the leadership team of Juniper and IMC in a two-pronged role, with both internal (digital operations) and external (omni-channel buyer engagement) responsibilities. She brings the voice of the buyer as well as her 27 years of retail and 15 years of e-commerce experience to the fast-growing digital company and successful physical markets. Prior to joining IMC, Moore founded and led The Cook’s Warehouse, an award-winning gourmet store and cooking school in Atlanta that combines her love of cooking and business. She also founded and developed an app, Plenty, that allows consumers to find foods that works for them based on preferences and dietary restrictions.

Juniper, IMC’s new fully integrated omnichannel B2B commerce solution and multi-line B2B e-commerce marketplace, empowers buyers and sellers to better manage and grow their business at markets and year-round. It offers a sales automation and commerce platform (JuniperCommerce) combined with a B2B e-commerce marketplace (JuniperMarket) that together empower sales teams, streamline product data management and deliver real-time visibility across channels – driving business efficiency and growth for buyers and sellers. JuniperMarket launches in 2021.

“Merging Digital & In-Person Markets” is a free webinar on Wednesday, September 15, 10:00am PDT/1:00pm EDT. Registration is open now at https://imcenters.zoom.us/webinar/register/8516136933956/WN_-Creb5-hRiuA9XdQtMIc6Q.
