Las Vegas Market announced this week that 11 furniture, home decor and gift temporary exhibitors – All Across Africa; Broke Jewels/Moss Industry; Daylight Dreams Editions; Lenasi; Miss Rose Sister Violet; Muzen; Personal Space MB; Poo-Pourri; Pottery Paradise; Shiv Shakti Exports; and Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency – have been named Best Booth winners for the summer 2019 Las Vegas Market. The market’s temporary gift and home decor exhibits run through Wednesday, July 31, and furniture and casual/outdoor temporaries run through Thursday, Aug. 1.

“Las Vegas Market is pleased to award these 11 temporary exhibitors for the energy, effort and creativity they put into their displays,” said Dorothy Belshaw, Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing and Digital Officer, International Market Centers. “These exhibitors motivate and inspire retailers and designers with exceptional booth design and visual merchandising.”

Summer market judges were Jeremy Bauer and Jason Clifton, owners of Bauer/Clifton Interiors and Frenchie’s Floral Studio; Kate Lester, owner of Kate Lester Interiors and Kate Lester HOME; Mikel Welch, interior designer on TLC Network’s Trading Spaces; and Sam Ujvary, managing editor of Museums & More Magazine, Gift Shop Pets Magazine and Party & Halloween Retailer. The five-person panel considered five criteria in determining the winners: section/category representation, indicating how well the booth represents and embodies its market destination; overall visual design of the booth; creative merchandising; brand messaging; and the personality and attitude of the booth and sales staff.

The winning exhibitors in the home furnishings temporary booths on B2 were Shiv Shakti Exports and Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency; and winners in the casual temporary exhibits on C13 were Lenasi and Pottery Paradise. Las Vegas Market offers more than 100 temporary exhibitors in these two home furnishings categories.

Additionally, seven exhibitors from the 500+ temporary gift and home decor lines showing in the Pavilions at Las Vegas Market were recognized with Best Booth Awards. Winners included: All Across Africa (HANDMADE); Broke Jewels/Moss Industry (DISCOVERIES: The Antique Vintage Marketplace); Daylight Dreams Edition (DESIGN HOME); Miss Rose Sister Violet (Cash and Carry); Muzen (DESIGN LIFESTYLE); Personal Space MB (HOME); and Poo-Pourri (GIFT).
