Las Vegas Market announces a full slate of inspiring programming to round out dynamic Summer sourcing with live seminars, including 5 CEU-eligible courses, community-focused parties and elevated amenities at the July 28 – August 1, Market at World Market Center Las Vegas.  

“Programming in Las Vegas gives buyers the ability to explore industry insights and develop a core community in just four days of seminars, parties and tailored amenities,” said Karen Olson, ANDMORE℠ chief marketing officer. “With education and networking at the forefront, Summer market participants can supplement unparalleled sourcing with top-of-the-line programming made to inspire.”

Just weeks before Market, programming kicks off with two educational webinars geared toward retailing optimization.

Smartphone photography expert, Linda Holt, leads Picture Perfect: Smartphone Photography Tips to explore top phone photography features, key settings and best practices to capture every moment and detail on Friday, June 28, at 12 p.m. PST. Kristin Fisher offers a four-part workshop series on strategic buying, followed by the Kristin Fisher LIVE Coaching Q&A to answer burning questions about profitable retailing, gift sourcing and more on Tuesday, July 2, at 12 p.m. PST. Both of these pre-Market educational webinars are complemented with at-Market seminars.

Cross-Category Education Seeks to Inspire

Retail coach and Bocu CEO, Kristin Fisher follows with Discover Your Next Best-Seller: A Buyer Coaching Session with Kristin Fisher to help buyers elevate their assortment strategy on Sunday at 1 p.m. in the Expo Seminar Room. Erica Kirkland, editor of Giftbeat, moderates the Retail Roundtable to deliver exclusive insights about tech stacks, key selling and staffing tips and peer-to-peer discussion on Monday, July 29, at 2 p.m. in Building C, Seminar Room 1212. Linda Holt continues her photography journey in Mastering Smartphone Photography, a hands-on workshop complete with product vignettes and personalized guidance on Wednesday, July 31, at 11 a.m. in the Expo Seminar Room.  

Interior design-focused programming begins with designer and television personality Kathy Kuo, in Trends That Sell: Best Selling Items for 2024 and Beyond (1 CEU), guiding buyers through e-commerce analytics, the value of data and what’s truly trending on Monday, July 29, at 10 a.m. in Building B’s WorldView on Floor 16. Moderated by podcast host and author LuAnn Nigara, Kate O’Hara of Kate O’Hara Interiors and Leigh Lincoln and Aly Morford of Pure Salt Interiors present How Two Interior Design Titans Scaled Their Business and Kept Growing (1 CEU) on Monday at 11 a.m. in the Las Vegas Design Center Seminar Room, A240. Laurie Clark, Sherwin-Williams senior designer account executive, gives an exclusive color and design forecast for 2025 in Exclusive: Sherwin-Williams Colormix 2025 (1 CEU) to explore rising influences and movements shaping tomorrow’s designs on Monday at 1 p.m. in the WorldView. Renowned hospitality designer Roger Thomas presents Resort Style: Spaces of Celebration Keynote (1 CEU) in a seminar and book-signing on Monday at 2:30 p.m. in the WorldView, and Ahead of the Curve (1 CEU), presented by Luxe Interiors + Design follows Pure Salt Interiors, Collective Design Build and NeKeia & Co. as they provide designer insights on Tuesday, July 30, at 11 a.m. in the WorldView.  


Celebrate and Connect at Las Vegas Market  

The fun continues in Las Vegas with industry events and amenities catered to networking, fundraising and R&R at Summer Market.  

Furniture Today kicks it off with Trailblazers and Titans, an industry event recognizing those who have an enduring legacy within the furniture industry on Saturday, July 27, at 3:30 p.m. in the WorldView. The 2024 ANDYZ Awards Celebration celebrates the year's best design projects at an industry celebration featuring John McClain, creative director and CEO of John McClain Design, as presenter on Sunday, July 28, at 2:30 p.m. in the WorldView. ANDMORE’s unique Market Kickoff Party provides entertainment and drinks in the World Market Center Las Vegas courtyard on Sunday at 5 p.m. The 17th Annual Culinary Futures Benefit includes a cocktail reception and silent auction to raise funds for The Culinary Academy of Las Vegas on Sunday at 5 p.m. in Building C, Room 174.  

Four days of daily amenities give attendees a chance to relax, recharge and enjoy Market scenes between buying and networking. The Buyer's Morning Grab & Go Breakfast starts the day off right with coffee, fresh fruit and more, Sunday, July 28 – Wednesday, July 31, at 8 a.m. in the courtyard. A Buyer’s Lounge in Building B offers coffee, water and light bites to refresh and recharge, Sunday to Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and complimentary beverages are available at Morning Floor Bars: A4, B1, C9, Sunday to Wednesday at 9 a.m. Happy Hour in the Expo provides beer and wine in the Gift & Home Temporaries, Sunday – Tuesday, July 30, at 4 p.m. Happy Hour on B6 features beer and wine in the Furniture Temporaries, Sunday to Wednesday at 4 p.m., and Afternoon Floor Bars: A2, A8, C5, C7 and C10 run Sunday through Wednesday at 4 p.m. Happy Hour & Music in the Courtyard gives networking a new tune with complimentary drinks and music, Monday, July 29 – Wednesday at 5 p.m.
