Michael made a difference in this industry in ways too numerous to count. His reputation was impeccable, and he was gifted at mentoring, developing and inspiring young people professionally. His legacy is profound and will live on in the companies where he made contributions, and in the many professionals he mentored.”

Sharp added that in the year that Delgaudio served as Marge Carson’s creative director, “His impact was immediate and positive, and will be long-lasting. He had great respect for the history of Marge Carson and helped to return us to our roots in California Casual luxurious style.”
