Ngala Trading is one of the new exhibitors slated for an Atlanta Market showroom in Winter 2021.

Atlanta Market has confirmed nearly 70,000 square feet of new, expanded and relocated home décor showrooms in preparation for its Winter 2021 staging, January 12-19, 2021. The updates include three new showrooms and eight relocations and expansions driven by the Atlanta NEXT plan to redefine the home décor collection at AmericasMart® Atlanta.

“A year after we started the Atlanta NEXT initiative, we are continuing to see enhancements to the home décor collection at AmericasMart,” said Scott Eckman, International Market Centers (IMC) Chief Revenue Officer. “The Building 1 shopping destination that is emerging is intuitive, accessible and reenergized.”

Joining the home décor collection in Winter 2021 are three new showrooms: Native Linum (bedding and linens) and Ngala Trading (lighting, furniture and decor by African artists) in Building 1, Floor 9 and You Be Are (accent furniture) in Building 1, Floor 10. Additionally, Made Goods (furniture and lighting) expands in Building 1, Floor 9.

New Showrooms and Major Relocations

A major component of the Atlanta NEXT re-merchandising is the movement of major home décor brands to more optimal locations. Seven such relocations are realized in Winter 2021. Crestview Collection (lighting, accent furniture and accessories) and UMA Enterprises (home décor and home furnishings) relocate to Building 1, Floor 11 from Building 2. Within Building 1, Veritas Home (hand-cut glass décor) relocates on Floor 9; Zentique (home furnishings and accent décor) relocates to Floor 13; Bramble (furniture) and Sherwin-Williams (paint) relocate to Floor 14; and as previously announced, Currey & Company (lighting and home furnishings) relocates to a new showroom on the Building 1 lobby level. These moves add to the winter debut of relocations of Sagebrook Home, IMAX Worldwide Home and Diamond Star to Building 1 from Building 2. Another eight renewals include Amity Home, Avala International, Classic Home, Diana White & Associates, J Douglas, Noir Trading, Port 68 and Steve Hayden.

Atlanta Market presents more than 300 Home Décor showrooms with lighting, accent furniture, rugs, wall décor, casual furniture and linens on 12 floors in Building 1. Complementing the permanent showrooms are home décor temporary collections including Antiques (now in Building 3, Floor 1); HD Home, High Design and High Design Luxe (now in Building 2, Floor 2); and Home Accents & Home Furnishings and Fine Linens & Home Textiles (Building 1, Floor 7).
