In today’s retail climate, small business owners need all the inspiration they can get when trying to keep their companies relevant. When checking out new podcasts for inspiration in your work, your first instinct might be to opt for interior design-focused shows. But you can also learn just as much listening to podcasts about companies and entrepreneurs from all sorts of industries. Learning how others find success, regardless of industry, might give you some ideas for your own endeavors. Here are four business podcasts to check out with helpful information on everything from entrepreneurship, marketing and social media.

1. Jason and Scot Show

Hosted by former Shop.org Board of Director members Jason Goldberg and Scot Wingo, the Jason and Scot Show offers listeners insight into the latest in retail and e-commerce trends. The hosts interview industry leaders from companies like Modcloth and Nordstrom, talk about e-commerce news and dig deep into topics like the state of brick-and-mortar and artificial intelligence. They also often take listener questions. If you want to get a better grasp of the state of e-commerce with some expert analysis, it’s worth your time.
