Sarreid Ltd, known for its designs and luxurious furnishings for projects of every scale, is heading to High Point Market next month intent on making a statement. The company is bringing brand-new bold collections, all in a freshly designed showroom located on the third floor of the Commerce & Design Building.
Sarreid’s April Market Introductions are a deliberate next step in the ongoing process to develop a cohesive whole home concept. The new collection will present in excess of 100 exclusively Sarreid items, with most being ready for immediate shipment. Pricing and quality of the new items will stay in line with our mid-upper to upper-end market position.
As a part of the Sarreid evolution, market attendees will see more full furnishing groups presented as opposed to single items. According to Brad Cates, Sarreid President and CEO, “The High Point Market is a critical time in the lifecycle of our business. In these few precious days we have with our customers, it is imperative that we do all that we can to help satisfy their needs. Now, having a great cocktail table along with a coordinating side or console, opens the door to more possibilities. The Sarreid color palette allows and, even encourages, eclectic pairings to bring a room or project together. Now with a more intentional effort to have coordinating pieces, particularly in the occasional offering, Sarreid is poised to be an even more important resource to design and retail customers alike.”
The focus is on the total customer experience and having the right mix of scale, color and designs that help Sarreid take your projects from great to extraordinary. Some new product highlights include:
Building on its legacy and talent for mixing materials and proficiency with hand-wrought iron, Sarreid introduces the Mykos Collection. Mykos pays special tribute to a church in Greece with its beautiful marble surface adding drama and functionality to these must have items. Hand-wrought iron can also be found surrounding historical parquet surfaces from reclaimed timbers in the new Castle Gate collection.
To accomplish the goal of being a “whole home” resource, Sarreid has jumped into the only category not represented already by Sarreid; the bedroom. Over the last few markets, they have successfully introduced five new bed styles along with a large number of nightstands and dressers. From the woven leather headboard of the Vineyards King Bed to the beautifully carved Madeline Bungalow poster bed, rest easy knowing there is something for everyone.
Among the line extensions this season, watch for new additions in their strongest category; the dining room. Few Sarreid dining chairs are more classic, comfortable and easy to place than the Brighton dining chair. The New Brighton Counter Stool is a natural extension from this silhouette allowing the dining room design to flow seamlessly into kitchen and bar areas. Also, the new Bauhaus Sideboard was a simple addition to the straight-lined, no nonsense contemporary best-selling Bauhaus Dining Table.
Keep an eye out for texture, whether dimensional carved sideboards, the undeniable panache and transitional style of shagreen leathers, or the new, and aptly named, Textures collection. This collection classically and intentionally crosses the lines of transitional and contemporary. With skived wood panel accent areas creating a feeling of motion, exclusive hardware and contemporary exposed metal banding, Texture begs the attention of the bold.
