Watermark Living Reduces Custom Order Lead Times For Wholesale Customers

Watermark Living reduce lead times

Watermark Living announced a major reduction in the lead time for receipt of custom ordered casual furnishings. The current three-week turnaround from order to shipment is a reduction from the previous five- to six-week time frame. All 18 casual furnishing collections from Watermark Living produced from multiple finish selections as well as hundreds of fabric options are now available to Watermark Living’s customers with the shortened lead time.  

“Through consolidation of services and computerization of our warehousing, we have been able to cut time off of that required to process custom outdoor furnishings,” says Chad Harper, National Sales Manager for Watermark Living. “We realize that our furnishings are seasonally sensitive and the sooner we can provide them to our retail partners, the greater the possibility for sales within the retail season.” 

The enhancements that have taken place within the cushion production department of Watermark Living are a major component in this lead time reduction. Currently the department, that is located in the Largo, FL, facilities, provides the cushions and decorative accent pillows for each of Watermark Living’s collections.
